From the E.C. Row Expressway
Take E.C. Row to the light at Banwell Road.
Take Banwell North to Tecumseh Road East and make a right.
You will pass an A&P grocery store then you’ll see Tim
Horton’s on your right. We
are located in the Tecumseh Life Centre which is the medical plaza behind
Tim Horton’s. You can enter the building at the centre orfar east entrance which is
also accessible from Southfield road.
Just look for our sign on the building.
From the 401
Take the 401 to Essex Road 19 (Manning Rd.) and go North until
you get to the E.C. Row Expressway. Make
a left on the expressway (Old highway #2) and then a right onto Banwell
Road. Take Banwell North to
Tecumseh Road East and make a right.

From Riverside Drive
Take Riverside Drive to Greendale.
Go North until Greendale ends and make a quick left then right onto
Banwell Road. Turn left at
the light on Tecumseh Road East and Banwell.
